I’m thinking of giving TheFormTool a try. If I don’t like it, how hard is it to uninstall? If I uninstall it, will I have any problems modifying documents that were created with TheFormTool? If a document is created using TheFormTool, can another person easily edit the document, including form fields, without having TheFormTool?

Completely uninstalling TheFormTool takes about 20 seconds and requires the removal of a single file. Just go to Options>Manage Licenses and click remove. All documents created with TheFormTool are Word documents and can be modified or edited just as any Word document by anyone with MSFT Word.
