    1. If you input the address into one Answer on two lines using Return, it will be placed into two lines in the document, ie

    Answer in Q&A Table:

    123 Tuttle Street

    Chicago, IL 60601

    Or, if you create a small table (1 column by 2-3 rows) in the document and use two Answers for the address, say "street" and "city," each item can go into its own cell in the table.

    2. For the caption parenthesis, I really like using a 3-column, 1-row table. Make the center column just wide enough to hold the parenthesis, which you stack three-up. That leaves plenty of room for the jurisdiction in the left column and the matter in the right, with perfect alignment. Build it once and you're done with the issue forever.
