We have been using HotDocs for some years (albeit not firm-wide), and have decided to phase it out and go with TFT. Do you have a method to automate the install, including pushing the license key? We typically use group policy or other silent installs via batch file/registry tweaks to push software.

Yes, TheFormTool can do network installs in a two-step process:
1. Install normally on one computer, add firm name and license code, and set Path to desired shared location. After you've successfully installed the program on one machine, then
2. Copy two files from the first computer and distribute them to the same locations on other users' computers. Assuming default profile locations and default Word startup folder locations, those two files are located at:
a. C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\TheFormTool\TheFormTool.ini
b. C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP\TheFormTool.dotm
