Hi, Jim.  The salutation List structure in your example is incomplete.  To fix it, first delete what you have, so that your starting point looks like this:

    Dear :

Then put the cursor just before the colon and click List, Aty, Insert List, Done.  (Note that Lists are always based on the first column of a Grid, even if the field you really want is in a secondary column.)  That creates the List shown here:

    Dear {List:{Aty#X}|, {Aty#X}| and {Aty#X}}:

This is a full List structure that includes all three clauses.  All that remains is to customize it to include the desired data.  See page 79 of the Expert User Manual if you want to become an expert at customizing Lists (http://manuals.theformtool.com/i/158028/84), but for this particular situation all you need to do is replace each {Aty#X} field with an {Aty_Salutation#X} field.  To do that, delete the old field code and insert a new code by clicking Field, Aty_Salutation, Insert Field, Done.  (Note that you can't just type additional text into the existing field name -- you have to actually delete the old code and insert a new code.)  When complete, the List will look like this:

    Dear {List:{Aty_Salutation#X}|, {Aty_Salutation#X}| and {Aty_Salutation#X}}:

Let me know if you have any trouble with that.

P.S.  After a second look I noticed that you made the hard return after the Aty_Firm field conditional, so you'll never end up with a blank line in the address block -- very clever!
