    Hi, Jim.  You'll be creating a Custom List.  The Expert Manual covers Custom Lists in depth on page 79 (online version at http://manuals.theformtool.com/i/158028), but here's a very quick description that might be all you need:

    First create a List using the Aty_Name field and "repeating paragraphs" format, and edit it to look like this:

    {List:{Aty_Name#X}
    |[ditto]|[ditto]}

    If you were to Fill the form without going any further, that would generate a list of attorney names without addresses.

    Second, add carriage returns and more fields to build the rest of the address, and make each field an "Item" type field.  (You'll know you got it right if you see a #X at the end of the field name.)  When you're done, it will look like this:

    {List:{Aty_Name#X}
    {Aty_Firm#X}
    {Aty_Address#X}
    {Aty_City#X}, {Aty_ST#X}  {Aty_ZIP#X}
    {Aty_Desc#X}


    |[ditto]|[ditto]}

    Notice that I included an extra carriage return near the end -- that creates a blank line between each address block.  Now when you click Fill, all of the desired information is included for each attorney.  Let me know if you have any trouble with that.
