Windows sometimes is confused by zip folders, sensing that they are empty when they are not. The confusion may be stimulated by several "free" or "giveaway" programs sometimes installed by computer manufacturers or included with purchases of inexpensive utility programs.
These steps should take care of the problem.
a.) Download the zip folder and move it to your desktop
b.) Rather than opening it conventionally, right click on the folder
c.) Select Properties. If the “Blocked” button appears, click on it
d.) Back to the right-click window, select “Open with…”
e.) Select Windows Explorer and open the folder.
You may want to perform a search on your computer for "zip" or browse for programs you don't recognize or use so that you can remove them.
